Smart Grip, work clamping system is the optimum fixture for 5 axis machining, it has a compact design and clamps a work-piece securely. A clamping head uses a hydraulic for automatic work-piece clamping and we achieve downsizing. We use pneumatic control with using an air booster, it works clamping and unclamping at 3.5MPa, low pressure. It allows us high accuracy machining with using HSK superior clamping rigidity and positioning accuracy.
