I hereby consent to the collection and use of my personal information by the SIMTOS Secretariat for visitor registration and exhibition operation.

Items to be collected (for MM4U Buyer Meeting application):

Name, Company Name, Department, Position, Country, Email, Address, Mobile Phone Number, Areas of Interest, Related Industry, MM4U Marketing Information (Company Classification, Visit Schedule, Source of Referral)

* Consent to Use of Portrait Rights : Visitors may be photographed or recorded on video upon entering the Exhibition Site. Such photos and videos may be edited and used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the SIMTOS website, social media channels, and other promotional materials. By entering the Exhibition Site, Visitors are deemed to have consented to such photography and use.

Purposes of collection and use:

· Visitor registration and identity verification
· Issuance of badges and access control for exhibition entry
· Admission management & attendance record management for SIMTOS conferences and other side events (Information will be provided only to the relevant conference organizer for conference participants)
· Exhibition operation support, post-event satisfaction survey, and statistical analysis
· Exhibition certification verification (provided to the Korea Exhibition Industry Association)
· MM4U Buyer Meeting matching
· Sending of exhibition-related information and announcements
· Provision of exhibitor booth visit records
(Only in cases where a visitor’s badge barcode is scanned at an exhibitor’s booth)

Retention and usage period:

YPersonal information will be retained for five (5) years from the date of consent and then destroyed. (If retention is required under relevant laws, such period shall apply. Upon explicit request by the individual, the retention period may be extended.)

Right to Refuse and Disadvantages:

You may refuse consent; however, in such cases, registration and service provision may be restricted.

I consent to the collection and use of my personal information by the SIMTOS Secretariat for the purpose of sending exhibition- and exhibitor-related announcements, newsletters, and promotional materials, and to the provision of such information to exhibitors and conference organizers when necessary.

Country, Name, Company/Organization, Position, Email, Phone Number, Address, Date and Time of Visit, Mobile Phone Number

Purposes of collection and use:

ㅇ SIMTOS Secretariat

· Invitations to future exhibitions and events
· Provision of newsletters, event information, and promotional/advertising materials
· Promotion of related products/services and delivery of tailored information
· Retention period: Five (5) years from the date of consent, after which the data will be destroyed

ㅇ SIMTOS Exhibitors

· Product/service promotions and event announcements
· Provision of tailored information based on visitor interests
· Recipients: SIMTOS exhibitors (only in cases where visitors register using an exhibitor’s invitation, scan their badge at an exhibitor’s booth, or register via an exhibitor’s online banner)
· Retention period: Until the purpose of use is fulfilled or the data subject requests deletion

ㅇ Conference Organizers (Provided only for conference participants)

· Invitations to future conferences and related events
· Distribution of newsletters, event information, and promotional materials
· Retention Period: Five (5) years from the date of consent, after which the information will be destroyed

You have the right to refuse consent. Refusal will not affect your exhibition registration or access to services.
