Vericut is a world-leading CNC simulation and optimization software. By verifying NC programs using the actual G-code utilized by machine tools, it pre-emptively eliminates risks such as collisions, tool breakage, and fixture interference. This approach minimizes test-run times for new programs and ensures process stability by preventing the loss of expensive raw materials and equipment damage. Users can also verify machined shapes and check for overcut or undercut conditions. The Force module is a physics-based NC program optimization engine. It analyzes machining conditions?including material properties and tool geometry?to automatically adjust feed rates, maintaining a constant chip thickness throughout the entire toolpath. This module ensures safe machining by verifying overloads and reduces cycle times by eliminating inefficiencies like air cuts.
