METROL is a Japanese manufacturer that manufactures TOOL SETTER and precision position sensors for machine tools. In this exhibition, we will introduce an air microsensor that can detect a fine gap between the work and the jig and prevent the seating failure caused by the chip. With a resolution of 0.1㎛, it boasts a repetitive precision of ±0.2㎛, and can display measurements as figures and RS232C communication. We are also releasing a touch probe that can measure the work processed by attaching it to the CNC automatic lathe with 1㎛ repetitive precision in the machine.
