Molds are manufactured using carefully selected mold steels such as NAK, KP4, and STABOX, optimized for each plastic material to ensure durability, precision, and stable mass production. When required, we design and build molds with integrated heating systems, enabling in-house production of hot runner molds for high-efficiency and high-quality molding. Our injection molding capabilities cover a wide range of materials, from general-purpose plastics such as PP, PE, PC, and ABS to engineering plastics including Nylon, POM, and PES, allowing us to support diverse industrial and consumer applications.
