Recent has become the largest company in manufacturing small precision turned parts in Korea. We have supplied more than 200 million pieces of precision screw machined parts to more than 70 customers around the world. Our main business activities are to supply the perfect turned parts for hard disk driver manufacturers (Seagate, WD) and mobile communication system, automotive parts, door lock pins and connector pins. Recent works to do additional operations such as heat treatments, nickel plating, gold plating, and passivation process at our workshop. ㆍIntroduction

The production facilities that our company has are very suitable for producing HDD components. When we developed the parts, we can make sample parts with our 17 sets of Tornos CNC machines. When the production goes into mass production stage, we can support our customer with 35 sets of Swiss coil fed Escomatic automatic lathes. Our Escomatic machines can make parts without burr on both ends. These Escomatic machines uses coil material and the cutting tools rotates around the material. That means that the machine can run 24 hours without operator and produce very precious parts. The specially designed and ground cutting tools can make exact form of components without any teat on both ends. If we need to do secondary process such as centerless grinding and Ni plating and Au plating and passivation, we can commission the jobs to our several excellent partners to assist our business.
