The BA W02-22's maximum productivity is achieved through multi-spindle capability, while linear drive technology ensures the highest level of machine dynamics, and a spindle speed of up to 40,000 min?¹ enables high-speed, high-precision machining. It is equipped with two spindles, spaced 250 mm apart. The spindle speed range is from 1 to 25,000 min?¹ for BA W02-22. Each spindle delivers a power output of 18 kW for BA W02-22 with a maximum torque of 17 Nm and 7 Nm respectively. The machines feature an HSK-A40 interface for BA W02-22. The working space measures 200 mm in the X-axis, 350 mm in the Y-axis, and 300 mm in the Z-axis. The interference circle for the 4th axis is Ø 425 × 630 mm. It has high machine rigidity due to patented monoblock design. Also, user friendliness is enhanced through a multi-touch control panel and an intuitive tool control system.
